Understanding ACOPOS Error Codes and Solutions

Error 6019 keeps showing up where there is too much current going through the motor. Most times, this happens because the wiring is mixed up - ground wire going where the phase wire should be. Position control can give a plethora of trouble with Error 4007. This error comes when machine parts don't move exactly where and when they should. Network problems grind everything to a halt. Error 32280 happens during startup when the ACOPOS takes too long to initialize. Usually, the network has too much data traffic or a wire connection is loose.
