Product Description
The EEA-PAM-535-D-32 series power amplifier is one of the many EEA-PAM valves from the manufacturer for hydraulic applications. The power amplifier comes with the startup guidelines, instructions on what is needed for installation, and effective protection levels. The unit has dedicated potentiometers for P-gain, I-gain, D-gain, and feed-forward signal scaling. A green-colored signal gets illuminated when the feedback signal is the same as the command signal. The manufacturer sells its power amplifier under the brand name Vickers. The device is sold with a one-year warranty period. The eight sockets have 0.0787 inches diameter, each.
The power amplifier operates at a temperature ranging between 0°C and 50°C. The alarm signal is set to LOW when the overloading of the solenoid takes place. The analog load resistance output from the ramp generator and the load impedance of the feedback signal are protected against short circuits. When the PID controller is enabled, the load current is less than or equal to 10mA. The amplifier supports a closed-loop operation and comes with a user-configurable PID feed-forward. It is fitted with an integrated PID module. All the potentiometers and DIL switches housed on the front panel have various settings and can be reconfigured according to the card in use.
The Eurocard type card can be used as a substitute for two standard electronic cards. The amplifier is similar to its A-series power amplifier excluding the gain feature. It also has many LEDs for various purposes that light up in different colors to indicate the operational status of that feature. These LEDs form an integral part of the built-in test feature. The amplifier is widely used with the manufacturer’s very own KF*G4V-5 valves. We can ship the power amplifier to any address in the world through our delivery agents.
