Product Description
The EEA-PAM-561-A-14 is a basic amplifier which is designed for use with Vickers type KFDG5V-5/7/8. These are two stage proportional valves suitable for the applications which need just one ramp setting, which is generally adjustable and is suitable for deceleration as well as acceleration. The specific analog command input signals are known to be non-inverting, inverting current, or different voltages. This amplifier needs a power supply of 24VDC. This is made possible by a 24V logic signal. Usually, the ramp on the controller is enabled. However, as per requirements, the ramp can also be disabled. This can be done with the help of configurable wiring which is connected to an external switch.
The front panel of the amplifier has LEDs. These function to display the power status or controls supply and also the outputs. In the front panel, users can also find the potentiometers which function to adjust the ramp, the deadband compensation, and also the gain.
Basic Features:
- Valve Amplifier
- Power Supply – 24v DC
- 1 Ramp – Suitable for acceleration and also deceleration.
- Voltage as well as current command signals
- Coil drives – Pulse width modulated
14 Design Characteristics:
This valve amplifier has wide supply voltage range. It also offers high tolerance to ripple. It is known for its low supply voltage protection. There is an additional monitor which points on the edge connector. The ramp setting is usually unaffected by the gain adjustment. There is also constant trigger voltage which is for deadband compensation. The supporting products can be found in the catalogue. These include electronic accessories, testing equipment ( portable), and a variety of power supply options.
