Product Description
Sanyo Denki's APC-400 model is dedicated to the high-precision positioning and load handling of large loads.
The advanced hydraulic rack exchange drive incorporated in this device provides efficient and reliable movement and is therefore very useful for industrial automation tasks. The most impressive feature of the APC-400 is the ability to perform an exchange rotation angle of 180° with a swing diameter of Ø1188 mm, allowing for major workpiece spatial repositioning. The table center distance is set at 750mm, which provides ample space for large handling of items or components. The encoder consists of an exchange lifting stroke of 60 mm, which increases its possibility of use in various operative settings. The APC-400 exchange time is quick, clocking in at just 12 seconds, making downtime minimal and allowing for increased productivity in the fast-paced world of industrial manufacturing. The lifting drive is operated under the pressure of 35 kg/cm², with a rising thrust of as much as 1230 kgf and 980 kgf of rotation around the thrust, which implies that it is a sufficient engine with a high capacity of bearing mechanical loads.
Since the APC-400 can support an allowable load capacity of 700kg (350kg x 2), it can be used for large tasks. It can contain two pallets with a net weight of 160 kg (80 kg x 2) and the net weight of the rotary exchange mechanism is 385 kg. The preset working table mechanism has a net weight of 80 kg. Specifications include an allowable workpiece diameter of Ø400 mm, and a two-table load capacity of 200 kg, and further show the encoder’s ability to hold and track large and heavy workpieces in industrial manufacturing and processing lines.
