Product Description
The PY0A0100E0XXYPH1Servo Amplifier features high performance in a small size. It comes with a warning label on the front of the unit. The warning label indicates what must always be done and what must be avoided when using the analog input-type unit. The power supply must be turned off at least five minutes ahead of when you plan to arrange the wires or carry out maintenance and inspection of the Amplifier. The Amplifier frame gets heated to high temperatures when it is in use. It is UL and TUV recognized.
The Sanyo Denki amplifier must be stored in a temperature range of -4°F to +149°F in a place without moisture condensation. Care must be taken not to subject the Servo Amplifier to shock during installation as this can cause breakage. The unit must be connected to a 50/60Hz frequency 200VAC power supply with a dynamic brake. A transformer must be installed if any other power supply is to be used. The device must not be used in the vicinity of explosives, flammable or corrosive liquid or gas. The three-phase inputServo Amplifier features a 100A current rating.
The Amplifier supports servo tuning using a remote operator. When a mode is set with the remote operator, the load inertia is judged automatically and the appropriate parameter is set. The device supports two types of gain settings with a rotary switch. It is compatible with motors that have a power rating in 30W to 7KW range. The unit features an electronic gear and a discharge circuit. If the Servo Amplifier is likely to be kept in a place where there is a vibration source nearby, a shock absorber must be installed at the base. This prevents the direct transmission of vibration to the unit. The Amplifier has a duct-cooling structure, with the ability to house a large heat generation sink unit inside the duct.
