Product Description
The PY0A015E0XXYPH1 is a powerful AC Servo Amplifier from Sanyo Denki. It features analog-type input. The PY series unit operates at an ambient temperature range of32°F and 131°F below 90% humidity limit. The Servo Amplifiermust be kept away from rainwater, cutting fluid, and damp to prevent electric leakage or electric shock. The main circuit and control power of the amplifier are separated from each other. The main circuit makes use of IGBTs under PWM control. The device must always be installed in a vertical position as it follows the natural convection cooling method. During installation, ensure that space is left on all sides.
The amplifier must be earthed using at least a Class 3 earth cable with less than 100 Ohms resistance for safe operation. A 200V power supply must be connected to the R, S, and T terminals of the device before you begin operation. It comes with a dynamic brake that gets actuated when there is no main circuit power supply. The unit has 15A current capacity. The torque control, speed, and position of the Servo Amplifier can be controlled using a remote operator. The device must be arranged as close as possible to the upper controller and noise filter to avoid malfunction because of noise. It must never be installed in an atmosphere that is surrounded by oil mist or dust because this can lower the insulation.
The unit works with servomotors of a size that is 40 to 80% smaller than standard motors. The amplifier is compatible with high-speed Type 11 servomotors. It supports various built-in functions like auto-tuning, regenerative processing, gain changeover, and internal velocity command. The high-response device is TUV recognized and UL Recognized. The main circuit power terminal, control power input terminal, and motor control terminals each have a wire size of 1.25mm2 or more.
