Product Description
Pacific Scientific has designed and manufactured several distinct motors keeping in mind on the diverse type of applications. The T Series servomotors are produced using the latest design features and technical advancements after painstaking research in this field. The rotor of synchronous motors spins at a constant rate when a magnetic field is produced using permanent magnets. These motors may be designed for one to the three-phase supply of DC /AC voltage. While choosing the right kind of motor for a particular application, one has to take many factors in mind.
The T22NRLE-LNN-NS-00 servomotor is a lightweight permanent magnet 2 Rotor Stack-based motor with an overall weight 1.0 kg i.e. 2.3 and a mounting based upon 2.25 square NEMA 23 Frame Size. It has a 1.98 N-m (or 280 oz-in) Holding Torque with the nominal 6.6 Amps DC Current. These motors are virtually maintenance free and produced using the best light weight components that result in making them easy to handle and increases their usability.
Among its minor differentiating features the T22NRLE-LNN-NS-00 displays a Detent Torque value is 6 oz-in and it has a 3.69 °C/watt Thermal Resistance and 0.0056 oz/sq-in Rotor Inertia value. It has a phase induction of 17 MHz and phase resistance of 2.9 Ohms. These characteristics make this motor robust and cost-effective and efficient.
On the application of suitable power input, the rotor of these synchronous motors revolves at a steady rate and a magnetic flux is generated by the poles of the permanent magnets. Most modern industrial motors are created for three-phase, powerful applications such as blowers and conveyors. These motors can also be seen in base appliances and other purposes.
