Product Description

The T22NRHK-LNN-NS-00 offers enhanced torque linearity that results in low detent harmonic torque of 0.0424Nm. This is a T series stepper motor from Pacific Scientific that is capable of generating high torque even when operating at moderate speed. The standard sequence motor does not make use of an encoder as it does not produce any feedback. It houses a double-ended smooth shaft with no extension on the rear and provision to include an encoder if there is a need.

The optimized magnetics help the high torque motor to perform to the maximum extent even when it is housed in a small envelope. The motor has a NEMA 23 mounting configuration with a 2.25 inches square rugged frame. The unit features K type winding with a 2 stack length laminated rotor. It encompasses a regular leadwire construction with four #22 AWG leads that have a diameter of 0.05 inches and are at least 12 inches long. The leads have a parallel connection. The motor features 0.20 Ohms phase resistance, 6.6ADC rated current per phase and 0.85mH typical inductance. It supports either a (PGII) M or NPT L type of terminal box construction with a removable cover.

The increased acceleration of the motor moves loads rapidly and generates maximum torque, which makes it suitable for intermittent duty applications. The motor produces more torque than other counterparts with three-phase and five-phase designs. It also does not require as much power as three-phase motors to generate the same amount of torque. The enclosed connections and smooth microstepping performance make the stepper motor the right choice for working in demanding and challenging environments. The square frame comes with four mounting holes, one on each corner. The small frame size ensures that the device is ideal for use where there is a space constraint.
