The SCE904-001-01A single axis servo drive provides precise motion control with advanced features and reliable performance. This drive is designed for industrial automation systems that require accurate torque, velocity or position control.
The SCE900 series servo drive operates within a wide input voltage range of 90 - 264 VAC with a frequency of 47 - 63 Hz. It offers a continuous output current of up to 10.6 A at 25 degrees C using convection cooling and 10.6 A at 50 degrees C using forced air cooling. The model's peak output current can reach 21.2 A for short durations of up to 5 seconds. This drive also provides continuous output power of 5 kW at 400 VAC and 6 kW at 480 VAC. The drive's power efficiency is maintained at 97 % ensuring minimal energy waste. The device supports a variety of motor types and ensures smooth operation with an output current ripple frequency of 20 kHz. The shunt regulator power for the system supports a peak power of 16 kW with continuous power at 100 W for convection cooling and up to 250 W with forced air cooling. Bus capacitance energy absorption is rated at 50 joules providing protection in high load conditions.
The SCE904-001-01A single axis servo drive includes digital auto tuning for quick setup, DSP based current loop control and modular construction that allows for optional upgrades such as RS-232/485 serial interfaces and SERCOS fiber optic communication. The drive also integrates safety and environmental protection conforming to EMC Directives 89/336 EEC and can operate in ambient temperatures from 0 to 50 degrees C with forced air cooling. The environmental specifications support operation in ambient temperatures from - 40 to 70 degrees C storage with a 1500 m maximum altitude.
