The SC900 series of servo drives includes economical, high-performance servo drives that can be operated through medium power. Since application-specific motion control is their top priority, Pacific Scientific allows for option cards that extend the base of the SC900 servo drive’s functionality and allows operating adjustments and parameters to be easily defined. These specifications can be stored in the drive’s non-volatile EEPROM memory, ensuring that the system will remember the options that you selected for your application.
Pacific Scientific’s SCE903-001-01 is a cost-effective, highly productive medium power servo drive which is part of the SCE9 servo drive family. The SCE903-001-01 servo drive is not equipped with an option card or a communications interface but does have factory assigned accessories and cooling option which allows for additional modules to be attached to the servo drive. Pacific Scientific’s SCE903-001-01 servo drive features a power level of 5.3A continuous at 25 degrees C with 10.6A peak in the case of convection cooling. The SCE903-001-01 drive has a standard unit customization code as well as standard firmware. Pacific Scientific’s SCE903-001-01 servo drive requires an input voltage of 90-264 VAC, which is approximately 47-63 Hz single-phase. The SCE903-001-01 drive is easily capable of conducting direct line operations as all units are fully isolated and do not need external isolation transformers.
