Pacific Scientific S series offers continuous torque up to 6.6 Nm and there are two frame sizes for customer-specific requirements.
The S33ANNH-RNVE-00 brushless servomotor offers rugged construction for operating under rigorous environment. The brushless feature reduces maintenance cost because of no brush replacement need. The motor features high torque; continuous stall torque of 5.3Nm and peak torque of 15.3Nm. The S33ANNH-RNVE-00 has 6-pole Neodymium magnets with 3 stacks, meaning that it can operate smoothly over a high temperature. The TENV construction with IP65 protection along with anti-cog design allows for consistently high performance without wear and tear. The 8.13inch long, 6.5kg servomotor can achieve peak torque of 15.3Nm whiles it maintains a continuous stall torque of 5.3Nm throughout the low-speed operation. Add low-rotor inertia for quick start/stop ability. Features like H-class insulation, over-temperature thermistor, NEMA frame and mounting are meant for high-voltage construction.
The S33ANNH-RNVE-00 belongs to the group of S33A models that are compatible with SCE9x3 drive system and PC8x3 drive systems. Both systems ensure high torque rating. The brushless servo motor features frameless feedback of size 21 while there is an option for secondary feedback, if required. The Viton Shaft seal ensures durability and safety, and ensures smooth low-speed operation. Finally, the servomotor is available with 1-year manufacturer’s warranty for extra security.
