Product Description
The introduction of automation devices has changed the industrial processes now. Industrialists are now looking to replace the human power with automation products which not only perform the required tasks but also provide the feedback mechanism which improves the production rate and reduces the production cost of the products. Pacific Scientific is famous for producing a wide variety of products which can serve the purpose of automation.
The S21HNNA-HGNL-00 is one such brushless servo motor which is used for the automation purpose in many industries. The digital feedback mechanism of the motor is paired with 1024 PPR encoders which are used to sense the rotary motion of the machine. Whereas the primary hall sensor is used for the sensing of speed, position, and current of the machine. The robust and compact design of the motor is increasing its demand globally as the 6-pole motor only weighs about 1.4kg and is designed to be used in low space areas. The Neodymium magnets used in the brushless motor offers a maximum RPM of 12500RPM and higher torque to inertia ratio which is required by most of the industrial operations such as changing tools in CNC machines, robotics, lifting machines, etc.
The frame of the S21HNNA-HGNL-00 is built according to the NEMA 23 standards which protect the sensitive components of the machine from water, heat, dust, etc. The frame of the motor is specially designed by Pacific Scientific to protect the user from electric shock. The unsealed output shaft of the S21HNNA-HGNL-00 is designed to be used for long machining hours without bending or any other damage. Pacific Scientist suggests the use of fused wire or external circuit breaker protect the motor from high voltage and current increasing the durability of the product.
