Product Description
Pacific Scientific designs a full spectrum of powerful servomotors that are built for a maintenance-free and long service life. If you install these once, you will not have to look again. These servomotors are durable and contain Samarium cobalt magnets or Neodymium-iron boron for the highest torque-to-inertia ratio possible. The anti-cog stator designs offer smooth low-speed performance.
The performance of the brushless servo motor is usually defined by a torque operating envelope. The R65GENA-R2-NS-VS-00 offers torque from 0.83 to 19.9 Nm. This compact motor squeezes a high level of torque into the small package and has the highest torque-to inertia ratio. It is designed for the highest dynamic response possible. The R65GENA-R2-NS-VS-00 comes in both metric and NEMA mountings. The R60 series motors are built for heavy duty applications and they deliver excellent speed, or velocity control and delivers excellent torque. The continuous stall torque is 13.6 Nm, and the peak torque is 33/3 Nm. Its inertia is 1.26 and the static friction is 0.26 Nm. This heavy duty servomotor has a total weight of 18 Kg and 5.75”width/height.
The Samarium-cobalt permanent magnets allow it to have highest torque-to-inertia without demagnetization. Pacific Scientific has been serving its clients with high performing servomotors which are backed by unmatched customer support and high quality. The R65GENA-R2-NS-VS-00 is a great example of the Pacific Scientific dedicated to provide smart technology.
With the addition of R60 series the series of servomotors is getting bigger, and the speed of the R65GENA-R2-NS-VS-00 is 1500 to 6000 rpm. Current brushless servomotor technology uses a sinusoidal output and the Pacific Scientific rates its system using RMS values to accurately reflect system performance operating with a sinusoidal waveform.
