Product Description
The R43HCNA-R2-NS-VS-00 belongs to Pacific Scientific’s R series of motors. This series is home to servomotors with the highest torque-to-inertia ratio in the industry! Motors of this series were engineered by the company to have a very long lifespan which requires little to no maintenance over their lifetime.
Sounds great, doesn’t it? But let’s get back to the R43HCNA-R2-NS-VS-00 and why it deserves the spotlight. The R43HCNA-R2-NS-VS-00 like we already said is a part of the R series, and is also a part of the 43 motor series. It is made with a rare earth magnet named samarium cobalt which allows for maximum torque-to-inertia without demagnetization and has a motor width of 4 and a stack length of 3. This motor has a windings code of class H and has a NEMA face shaft and mounting. Additionally, it comes with no holding brake. R43HCNA-R2-NS-VS-00's primary feedback is a frameless resolver, transmitter type, size 21, with no secondary feedback. The shaft seal is Viton and this model is the standard design.
The model, like others in this series, has an anti-cog stator design which guarantees smooth low-speed performance and has low rotor inertia for rapid acceleration and deceleration. Furthermore, it is built to IP65 TENV standard which makes it resistant to the rigors we all know are common to the factory floor. With Class H Insulation, the motor is protected against overload and damage and also features an overtemperature thermistor. Impressively, the R43HCNA-R2-NS-VS-00 has application flexibility and offers cost-effective, brushless solutions to automation.
