Product Description
Pacific Scientific has a reputation of introducing dynamic and compact servomotors to the motion industries. So far, the company has introduced 4 series focussed on low to high speed performance. The R Series is specifically packed with rare earth (samarium cobalt) magnet. The back up system is intact with its explosion proof model that upgrades the R series with an immune mode. The Pacific Scientific R33GENC-TS-NS-NV-00 Brushless Servomotor comes with a primary feedback system within the motor which is supported by Tachsyn transducer, making its positioning and speed detection more effective.
R33GENC-TS-NS-NV-00 covers a motor width and height of 3.25 inches with a magnet stack length of 3. The Rare Earth (samarium cobalt) permanent magnet coupled with 3 multiple stack length makes the synchronous motor operate smoothly for long running-hours. The motor offers a continuous Torque up to 2.5 Newton-meter. The rated speed of the servomotor is 3,000 RPM while its rated torque is 1.9 Newton-meter. The servomotor features a resolver feedback, therefore it offers low-rotor inertia of 0.093 gram-meter square. Such an inertia is meant for rapid acceleration or deceleration.
To prevent overheating, the servomotor features overtemperature protection thermistor. Moreover, the rugged TENV construction has IP65 protection against dust, dirt and water. The plain shaft featuring English mounting makes the system build-up and command easier. Contrary to the other models in the R Series, secondary feedback system is not essentially provided with the 4-pole R33GENC-TS-NS-NV-00 synchronous servomotor, and so is the holding brake. A combination of 155 degree celsius G-winding, a plain shaft with English mounting, powerful magnet, suitable motor width and intervonnectoron connectors make R33GENC-TS-NS-NV-00 servomotor compatible with all kinds of low speed-performance tasks.
