The R33GENC-R2-NS-NV-00 is a brushless servo motor, a member of the high performance servo motors manufactured by Pacific Scientific as an industrial automation technology made for the purpose of easing complex industrial processes and activities.
Additionally, the R33GENC-R2-NS-NV-00 motor was constructed with samarium-cobalt permanent magnets for maximum torque-to-inertia without demagnetization, it also has low rotor inertia for rapid acceleration or deceleration, electricity requirement of 240V ac and 320V dc bus operation, rated speed up to 7,000 RPM, and continuous rated torque range between
0.32Nm and 5.0Nm. As a note of caution, users are advised to consult Pacific Scientific on thermal overload requirements for the applications of the motor that will require the use of peak torques or peak currents greater than 3x the continuous rating.
Also, the R33GENC-R2-NS-NV-00 motor boasts of a high torque to inertia ratio for that affords the motor fast acceleration or deceleration with enhanced dynamic response, steel bearing inserts and class H insulation system that ensure the a long life for the motor, and high torque over wide speed range for an optimum machine throughput.
The motor also features a rugged brushless construction and an IP65 degree of protection that protects it against bad environmental conditions, external contacts, and foreign substances. The motor will require one power cable and one feedback cable for the necessary connection between the motor and the drive. To get the best performance out of the motor, the motor should be operated at 25°C ambient, mounted to a 10" x 10" x 1/4" aluminum heat sink. All of the Pacific Scientific's brushless motors are customizable to suit user's taste, often with very minimal impact on delivery times.
