The R32GEAP-R2-NS-VS-00 is an R series servomotor from Pacific Scientific. This servomotor features an English mounting and shaft type and is made with rare earth magnets. The primary feedback on this motor is a frameless resolver and there is no secondary feedback. The motor has a size of 21 and a winding code of G with a standard sequence number.

The R32GEAP-R2-NS-VS-00 is a 4 pole synchronous motor complete with Samarium Cobalt permanent magnets which provide no demagnetization while still providing maximum torque to inertia ratio. The stator features an anti-cog design and the unit can operate at a maximum 320 V dc bus. This motor utilizes MS-type connectors on 18-inch leads.
The Pacific Scientific R32GEAP-R2-NS-VS-00 is a round brushless servomotor capable of speeds of up to 11,000 RPM. The motor is compact but well suited for applications that require high torque and high acceleration. The servomotor is designed with a thermistor that provides overheating protection. Also providing protection against high-temperature damage is the Class H insulation that is utilized in the motors makeup. It is outfitted with 2 standard mountings and has optional configurations for the shaft.
The rotor in this motor is made from Samarium cobalt which allows for low inertia output. The R32GEAP-R2-NS-VS-00 from Pacific Scientific has a primary feedback device and also a secondary feedback device of an optional encoder. It is outfitted with an “O” ring that allows for a longer bearing life by preventing the rotation of the outer bearing race.
