Product Description
The N43HRFM-LNK-NS-00 hybrid step motor encompasses optimal magnetic circuitry that helps in rendering maximum performance. This high-torque motor from Pacific Scientific can be used with the manufacturer’s 6410/6415 micro-stepping drives that have an input voltage ranging between 24 and 75VDC. The rotor of the device is characterized by a large diameter, lamination, three stacks, and permanent rare-earth magnets. This product is marketed under the POWERPAC brand name. There is some flux leakage when the device operates because there are no magnets fitted on the stator. The unit does not get heated up as much as other steppers that work with identical drivers during operation.
Step motors are less expensive when compared to servomotors. The rotor is specifically designed to support high acceleration to position or move loads fast. The device has an in-steel insert in front of the bearing to lock it in place. This enhances the life of the bearings. The unit has a single-ended shaft that incorporates a single key. There is no shaft seal. The product generates 25% less torque when compared to the K series of motors. It has a high torque-to-inertia ratio of 19.0rad/s2 x 10-3. The motor can be used with the manufacturer’s Windows-based Optimizer 3.0 compatible selection and sizing software.
The hybrid motor features a full step angle of 1.8°. This product has a current rating of 8A for each phase. The device has eight flying leads that can be connected in six-lead, four-lead parallel or series, and eight-lead configurations. The bearings can withstand maximum axial and radial forces of 404lbs. and 110lbs. respectively. They have an infinite lifespan and 99% reliability. The product has a maximum length of 201.17mm. The motor carries a warranty for one year and can be transported to any location across the world through our reliable logistics and shipping network.
