Product Description

The N33HRHJ-LEK-M2-00 standard step motor with no shaft seal features a hybrid construction. The acceleration boost of this motor from Pacific Scientific, because of the improved torque linearity and special rotor design, allows to position and move loads at a rapid rate. The product features optimal magnetic circuitry. It is not as expensive as servomotors and does not get heated up as much as other step motors that use the same drive parameters. This makes the device rugged with a longer lifespan. The product can withstand a maximum radial force of 305lbs. The unit incorporates heavy-duty bearings with long life. The motor is available with a one-year Wake Industrial warranty.

The motor can be used at up to twice the rated current for high maximum torque with good linearity. The device features provisions for mounting an encoder to generate feedback. It supports a regular construction with leadwire hookup and four leads connected in parallel. The unit has a double-ended shaft to fit an encoder. The product has a special sequence code of 00. The POWERPAC brand motor supports pairing with the manufacturer’s 6410/6415 micro-stepping drives with step/direction input and 24 to 75VDC input voltage rating. Each phase of the device has a 5A current rating.

The hybrid motor features a full step angle of 1.8° and completes 200 full steps with one full revolution. The device encompasses an in-steel insert and an O-ring at the front and rear of the bearings. It offers a smooth micro-stepping performance. The product has a high acceleration rate because of the high torque-to-inertia ratio. There is a leakage of flux when the motor is running.
