Product Description
The N33HRHJ-LDK-NS-00 hybrid motor from Pacific Scientific features a rotor and shaft with a large diameter. This motor is a good option for intermittent duty applications because of the excess torque produced. It does not get heated up as much as other servomotors that have identical drive parameters. The special rotor design helps to achieve high acceleration. The product has an IP 65 protection rating. The outer bearing races are prevented from turning around by using an in-steel insert to lock the front and an O-ring for the rear. The unit supports a bipolar parallel connection.
The two-phase design motor requires lesser power than three-phase motors for producing the same torque. This device features a NEMA Class B insulation at 130°C. The unit has a heavy-duty NEMA mounting style and a J winding designation. It is UL Recognized and CE Certified. The low-speed running torque of this product changes according to variations in the current rating. The product may get damaged due to overheating when the current applied is more than the rated current. The device is compatible with belt, direct, and leadscrew drives. The unit features four equidistant mounting holes on the square frame. The N33HRHJ-LDK-NS-00 motor can be dispatched to any address globally with a one-year Wake Industrial warranty.
The step motor features high acceleration capabilities, low detent torque, and optimized magnetics. The device is encased in a small envelope and hence takes up minimum space. The unit is capable of non-stop performance when the winding temperature is less than or equal to 130°C and the ambient operating temperature is not exceeded. This three-rotor stack product does not support exceeding its thermal limit. The excess torque generated when over-the-rated current is applied has more linear characteristics when compared to other hybrids. This device is fitted with a double shaft and does not generate any feedback.
