The M22NRXC-LSN-NS-03 is a stepper motor from the POWERMAX II series. The powerful stepper motor comes with the Sigmax Technology that ensures the maximum available torque for any motor. The motor has a rated current of // A per winding and has a weight of 1.13 kg. The M22NRXC-LSN-NS-03 comes with oversized bearings (in contrast to the normal 22 mm bearings). This enhances the motor’s fatigue life. As a result, the motor is able to withstand more cyclic loading. The motor produces a // Nm torque per winding. For increasing the motor’s performance, a concentric air gap is maintained. This is done through a precision rotor and a honed stator. The M22NRXC-LSN-NS-03’s stator is encapsulated using polymer. This enables a greater heat dissipation that ensures an optimum stator temperature.

The M22NRXC-LSN-NS-03 comes with exposed lamination aids that further assist the heat dissipation. As a result, the motor is protected against thermal overload and overheating. In standard configuration, the motor comes 8-pole pin connector. This model has an octagonal housing that has been designed to maintain an optimum motor temperature. A 6.3 mm diameter has been chosen for this model. An increased shaft diameter enables the shaft to better withstand axial and radial loads. The stepper comes with CE approval. The model’s outer enclosure is protected against damage by objects greater than 12.3 mm in size. Protection against water sprays in also ensured because of an IP 23 standard ingress protection. The motor is capable of high short-time dynamic movements because of a low inertia rotor.
