Product Description
The M22NRXA-LDN-NS-00 comes to you from Pacific Scientific’s line of step motors featuring POWERMAX II and Sigmax technology. This NEMA 23 step motor features the largest shaft diameter currently available. The stator teeth on the unit feature rare earth magnets and the motor is insulated with class B insulation and exposed laminations to protect against overheat damage. There are quite a number of possible shaft modifications as this step motor is quite flexible and has the opportunity to work for a number of different applications.
The M22NRXA-LDN-NS-00 features 30mm bearings which are larger than the typical 22 mm bearings found in other competing motors. These bearings help to increase the fatigue life of the bearings. With Sigmax technology there is a high amount of acceleration and torque thanks to the flux concentrating samarium cobalt stator magnets.
This step motor comes in an octagonal shape which helps to make assembly a lot simpler. It features a honed stator ID and precision ground rotor for a concentric air gap. The unit can be used with optional rear shaft extensions and optional encoders as well. Designed with a new end bell this unit will run cooler and thereby will enhance the life of the encoder. The end bell is made very rugged so it can provide the best performance. The motor features electrical connector utilizes a high-tech polymer and encapsulated windings. The step motor has an integral electrical receptacle which provides a higher retention force.
The M22NRXA-LDN-NS-00 hybrid step motor features an all in one molded stator which makes assembly exceptionally easy. It has an integral electrical receptacle which is responsible for the mating connector’s retention force. The standard option comes with 8 flying heads.
