Product Description
The PC800 series digital Servo Drives manufactured by Pacific Scientific find use in many industries and are renowned for their superior construction quality and high performance. They find uses in many different kinds of industries e.g. the electronic material handling robotics, packaging machinery, semiconductor processing, specialty machinery, assembly equipment, etc. can be customized easily, and are most reliable.
The PC833-001-T in this Series has the provision of using an adapter connector kit at the terminal board. These can be various models v.i.z the CA800-TB used with using the PC803 connector kit and CA800-TB using the MA830 connector mate kit. For connectivity of the PC80x servo drive, the sub-miniature terminal block uses 15-pin as well as 44-pin sockets for the adapter mates. It has the output current frequency of 20kiloHz, a voltage range of 90-265Vac, and minimum motor inductance of I-I 2.0mH. Its maximum power cable length is 50m. It requires the control input power value to be between 15 and 25 watts and a maximum Ac line rating of about 100kVA. Its analog command has a differential range of ±13.5 Volts while the value of the single-ended range is ±21 Volts.
The PC833-001-T Drive uses the licensed Pacific Scientific’ DRDC algorithm and displays a torque of 0.5 to 48.5 Nm. It has a programmable RS-232/485 command interface. The terminal board adapter connector kit of this servo drive gives it additional functionality and ensures its stability, efficiency and optimum performance. The drive works with optimum efficiency when used within the ambient temperature range of 25 to 40 degrees C. Its performance characteristics also include a maximum and recommended bandwidths values between 1.5 kHz to 1.0 kHz respectively.
