Product Description
The PC800 series of Servo Drives are manufactured by Pacific Scientific and are used in various applications demanding broad functionality and high performance such as the electronic assembly equipment, material handling robotics, packaging machinery, semiconductor processing equipment, specialty machinery, etc. Since these are capable of being customized easily, they find wide usage as an option that is economical and reliable. These drives have many advanced features, with facility to add more which gives them a high productivity and functional adaptability . They are also lightweight and hence can be set up easily to using the PC800's custom software utility. The provision of add-on features to the basic design gives them an additional edge by increasing their customized usability.
The PC833-001-N Drive features the licensed Pacific Scientific’ DRDC algorithm and features a bandwidth of 400 Hz – graded as one of the highest you will see anywhere. The drives incorporate a 24-bit position resolution and have the torque of 0.5 to 48.5 Nm. The servo drives under this series, however, has no sub connector kit. Its ambient temperature is within the range 25 to 40 degrees C and has a value of RS-232/485 command interface designation which can be programmed using any IBM-compatible devices.
The Pacific Scientific PC833-001-N Series digital Servo Drive features the state of the art brushless technology that reduces wear and tear to nil, thus leading to a virtually maintenance free environment. The design incorporates the use of lightweight materials in the components which leads the size to be small and easy to install; the compactness further ensures that these drives can be used effectively even at places where there are constraints of space.
