K33HRFG-LNK-NS-00 is a variant of K series hybrid stepper motors. This hybrid motors series produced by POWERPAC Pacific Scientific and has unique features such as winding designations that are laminated and a superior rotor design which gives it a non-cumulative angular accuracy of plus minus 1.5% at no load environment.
The K33HRFG-LNK-NS-00 is based on in NEMA 34 configuration frame. Like all the other variants of Pacific Scientifics’ K Series, the K33HRFG-LNK-NS-00 delivers much more power than its contemporary N Series motors due to the higher torque produced which has a phenomenal rating of 5700 oz-in. This is despite the smaller size which can be deceptive at first glance.
The build quality is very robust and it has insulation of NEMA class B which can operate comfortably up to 130-degree centigrade. However, the operating temperature designated for the K33HRFG-LNK-NS-00 is between minus 20 to plus 40-degree centigrade. As far as the ceiling is concerned it has a wash down construction that is in keeping with the NEMA MG1-1.26, Part E norms listed in the equipment brochure. Due to the superior torque to inertia ratio, it has the provision of higher acceleration rates and can move the loads very fast.
