The K32HSFL-LNK-NS-02 is manufactured by Pacific Scientific as a hybrid stepper with powerful torque to frame size ratio. It belongs to the Sigmax Type Powerpac K series notable for high torque performance. It produces excellent torque and high level of acceleration due to its stator design and optimized magnetics. There is also the functionality of low detent torque which allows a seamless micro stepping.

The K32HSFL-LNK-NS-02 is equipped with an extra set of magnets in the stator slots to increase the rotating force at the identic motor size. This hybrid stepper motor comes in NEMA 34 and 42 dimensions with a square housing. The NEMA motors are rugged with size 90 and 110 mm which combines well with a rotor of large diameter and rotor-stator for faster rotation and comfortable micro stepping.  It also comprises of an 8-pole flying lead connection.

Pacific Scientific also integrates flux-focusing SIGMAX technology into the K32HSFL-LNK-NS-02 motor stepper for more significant acceleration which produces 25 percent more turning force. It comes with two stacks of the rotor, large winding type, and 10.7 Nm holding torque per winding. It’s rated current and resistance is 8.1 A and 0.52 Ohm respectively per winding. Its rotors are laminated with a single shaft configuration and straight key shaft. It has a little weight of 3.8kg but punches well above its weight when it comes to efficiency.
