Koll Morgen in association with Pacific Scientific created a top of the line set of servo motors. They bring to us several different series but here we are talking about motors from the F series. This series of servo motors feature Ferrite magnets to help provide the highest torque to inertia ratio. Among the motors in this series includes the F43GENA-R2-NS-NV-00 brushless servo motor.
The F43GENA-R2-NS-NV-00 servo motor features a 4-inch motor width and an approximate magnet stack length of 3 inches. The winding code for this servo motor is G and it has a mounting type and shaft type of English. The motor comes with all standard parts and as such, there is no holding brake, no secondary feedback, and no shaft seal. The resolver is a size 21 transmitter type frameless resolver and there are 5 frame sizes.
This servomotor offers durability, reliability, ruggedness, high torque to inertia ratio, high dynamic response and offers all this at a cost-efficient price. It is designed with several features that make the above qualities possible. For one the housing of the motor is made according to the specifications IP65 TENV. These specifications help the motor to be rugged and give it its ability to be durable and to work in adverse environments. Added to the specifications for the construction of the housing the motor has an over-temperature thermistor that helps to ensure that this motor can operate reliably and will not overheat. The F43GENA-R2-NS-NV-00 is made with anti-cog motor design and will provide a continuous torque of 0.32 to 50 Nm. This makes the motor quite the versatile one with the opportunity to work in many applications and across some industries.
