Danaher Motion’s Pacific scientific 6415 stepper drive series manages a two-phase stepper motor by converting inputs (step and direction) into motor winding currents. The 6415-001-C-H-K product from the stepper drive series represents stepper drive (6000) drive type together with standard with no customization, customer customization number. The product has 7.1A peak micro stepping, 5A rms, 24 to 75 Vdc power level. This drive includes heat sink option, cover option and connector kit option means it includes all mating connectors. The stepper drive is used in many applications, ranging from labeling machinery, clutch brake substitution, packaging machinery, smart conveyor system and stable speed applications. The stepper comes with oscillator (VCO) functionality that provides stable voltage control and step pulses to the drive at a preset speed, it is integrated into stepper drive hardware construction.
