Product Description
The VAC-MML11-7.5R-156C is a state-of-the-art industrial motor designed by Okuma to convert electrical energy into kinetic energy required by industrial machines for optima operation. This motor combines old motor ideas with novel technological signals to form a new standard for industrial servo motors. Before delivery, the motor is tested and certified to operate according to the international quality standards; the motor is also supplied with a type label that can be used to identify the motor as soon as it is supplied. The VAC-MML11-7.5R-156C industrial motor features a compact enclosure that offers it protection according to the IP65 protection class, the high protection provided by the motor’s enclosure allows it to operate in an industrial environment considered unfavorable for convectional industrial devices. The housing of this motor is also specially structured to allow for the direct integration of the motor into the servo system.
The VAC-MML11-7.5R-156C industrial motor generates an electromagnetic field during operation; persons wearing devices such as hearing aids, cardiac pacemakers and metal implants should not be allowed to move near the motor as the electromagnetic field generated by these devices can affect the smooth operation of these devices. The output shaft of this industrial motor is specially designed to support high radial loads; it is also specially structured to prevent wobbling or the sudden disconnection of the motor during operation.
The VAC-MML11-7.5R-156C industrial motor regulates its internal temperature via natural convection; however, to prevent the rapid build-up of heat around the motor, operators should ensure it is installed in a position that exposes it to cool air. The housing of this industrial motor is also covered with a black coating that protects it from liquid corrosive substances that can cause the rapid deterioration of the motor’s housing.
