Product Description

The VAC D11-A is manufactured by Okuma. It is a Drives AC spindle drive with a rated capacity of 11 kilowatts. Okuma offers high performance and dependability demanded by your machine tool applications. The VAC D11-A is part of a complete line of spindle drive units that are designed to operate every machine tool spindle. The AC Spindle drive unit is integrated with spindle drive systems that bring a remarkable increase in productivity and precision to automated machine equipment.

LED1s indicate the operation status of the VAC D11-A on the control PCS. The illuminating conditions of the LEDs can be seen in the hole in the cover. There are three LEDs that indicate the control PCB's operation condition, namely POWER, LOSS, and CPUALM. POWER is denoted by color green and shows the power supply in the control circuit of the VAC D11-A. If the power supply to the AC spindle drive is ON and POWER is OFF, it means that your unit has a failure. LOSS is denoted by the color red and shows the operation circuit being supplied in the AC spindle drive is not within specification.

LOSS lighting up shows that the operations circuit is not operating properly. CPUALM is donated by the color red and shows that the operation circuit in the AC Spindle drive unit is faulty. LED1s M1, M2, and M3 are indicators of the operation status of the VAC spindle drive and VAC motor.  There are two kinds of operations status, namely, the normal operation and the faulty operation. M1, M2, and M3 being OFF indicate normal operation while Ml, M2 and/or M3 being ON or flickering indicates faulty operation.
