Product Description
The Okuma BLII-D75A servo drive is a well known product in the automation industry with maximum power capacity 75 Amperes. Although this unit uses one axis, the BLII-D Type A provides usage of the second axis if needed. This servo drive truly shines among competitors for its adaptability, durability and advanced features. The BLII-D75A servo drive unit controls current to the brushless motor upon commands sent from the Servo Processor Board and protects the motor from overheating, overload and overvoltage. Due to an integrated circuit for discharging regenerative energy unit eliminates the necessity for adding external circuits.
Drive’s operating status is visible on SVC II Board and Power Board. Green operation indicating lamp stands for normal operation status, yellow lamp indicates that the servo drive is in reset status. The red light shows malfunction. This could be from overheating or voltage/power out of permissible capacities. The servo drive unit resets with a switch. An important feature is check pins to check the motor speed and torque. The BLII-D75A unit is conveniently equipped with protective and malfunction alert monitoring functions signaling voltage fluctuation (too low/high), motor transient overcurrent, short circuits in DC power source, protection from ground fault (shuts power off) and overheating.
In case of power unit failure, the unit must rest for at least 30 minutes with the lamp indicating OFF before it can be replaced. Ambient conditions are within 0-60℃ for working temperature, -20 to 85℃ for storage temperature and <80% humidity. Once again, Okuma overpowered outdated solutions and amazed us with this reliable and multifunctional motion control product, perfect for any modern industry!
