Product Description

Okuma manufactures the BLII-D75-50A servo drive. It is in the Type A category of servo drives. This type is found in a host of applications in numerous factories and commercial buildings. it is applicable indoor opener systems, conveyor belts, printing machines, and robotics, among others. The BLII-D75-50A features two axes which have 75 and 50 power unit capacity respectively. It offers precise speed, motion, and torque control vital in most high volume operations in the factory. It provides high-efficiency operations and achieves high speed yet vibration-free.

The Okuma servo drive features parameters such as a maximum and continuous output current of 63A and 20Arms, respectively. Its frequency is 1200Hz and above providing ample power to perform severe applications in the factory. A PWM control method by IGBT is also present in this drive. And for optimal results it ought to be operated in 0-60 degrees and stored in -20 to 85 degrees. The ambient humidity for BLII-D75-50A is 80% or less. Make sure to run it under these conditions for optimal results.

This servo drive comes with unmatched in-built functions such as protective features that protect the unit from ground fault, overcurrent, overload, and low voltage. It also has an extensive PC board that reduces wiring, compact design that allows an additional unit and a DB (dynamic brake) function. The BLII-D75-50A relies on current commands from the servo processor board to control current reaching the brushless motor. It also detects abnormalities such as abnormal power in control unit, low and high voltage. Overall, this is a servo drive that will not only bring production cost to a minimum but also bolster maximum return of value.
