Product Description
Okuma is a Japanese manufacturer known for providing solutions to the motion and logic control industry. It started as a noodle-making machine manufacturer but progressed to designing and building machine tools. Its products can be seen in different industries such as aerospace, robotics, computerized cutting, and machine manufacturing, among others. Solutions from Okuma are used in applications such as engraving machines, printing machines, textile machinery, milling machines, winding machines, embroidery machines, packaging machines, and several others.
The OSP-P200L is one of the OSP monitors manufactured by Okuma. It is equipped with a 10.4-inch liquid crystal display screen with a clean display and high-resolution images. It functions with three programs: schedule programs, main programs, and subprograms. It is used to view the operation status of the CNC machine in use in real-time. The monitor has a user-friendly interface that allows users to program the machine in use. It features function keys that are assigned with respective functions available in the selected operation mode. The function keys eliminate complicated operation procedures. Troubleshooting is carried out using the monitor as the screen displays the machine faults.
Okuma's OSP-P200L emits low heat while functioning and consumes little power. It should be operated at an ambient temperature of -10°C to 55°C and relative humidity of 40% to 75%. This monitor is designed for applications with low maintenance and has high operational reliability. It has a central database where data within the CNC system can be accessed. The system is also equipped with the OSP absolute position encoder for position detection. The system configuration of the monitor permits easy future functional extension through adding software and hardware such as graphic data processing function.
