Product Description
The MIV30-3-V1 inverter manufactured by Okuma communicates with the connected peripherals by means of various links comprising the encoder link, the servo link and the converter link. The inverter incorporates an ICB3 type inbuilt control board to control a motor. This control board supports the observation of the servo waveform by establishing connectivity between an oscilloscope and the motor terminal. The product can control both axis drive and spindle motors. The device has a feed shaft and a PLC axis. The unit works with a motor that has a capacity of 30kW. It has a cooling fan at the top and a radiation fin at the bottom.
This inverter has to be changed only after the power is turned OFF and the charging lamp gets switched OFF. This product features high voltage on its upper and lower terminal blocks when it is in the working state. The device uses a seven-segment LED display to portray its operating status. The display is capable of highlighting the normal operation status display mode as well as alarm status display mode. It displays an error number when an alarm occurs. The error number helps in identifying the cause of the alarm. The unit has a 1 type control ROM.
The product works with the manufacturer’s VAC range of motors. The device highlights J, C or P on the left of the LED display to indicate the velocity mode, tool path or positioning mode operation state. The display depicts the L1 code when there is an internal RAM initialization error on the L side. The unit encounters several types of errors such as a parity error, a watchdog error or a loop error if there is a CPU processing error. This inverter is available with a one-year warranty and can be shipped all over the world.
