Product Description
The FUB-DR is an industrial servo module designed by Okuma to control the operation of servo motors. This device operates by receiving a command signal, amplifying this signal, and transmitting electric current to the servo motor in order to generate a response proportional to the command signal. This servo motor is produced by highly trained engineers; it meets international standards and can be easily configured to operate with different types of production and processing machines. Under normal operating conditions, this servo module is cost-effective as it can maintain an operational efficiency as high as 90 percent for more than seven years without breaking down or requiring any major repair operation. This servo module features a fieldNet Interface and power sequence function; it also contains a built-in optical conversion module.
The FUB-DR servo module is a self-diagnostic device as it features special light-emitting diodes through which the operator can monitor the operation of the module in real-time; the meaning of the different types of light displayed by these diodes are clearly stated in the documentation of the servo module, operators should read through this documentation before reading through the servo module. The housing of this industrial module is designed according to the IP20 protection class; for optimum protection, operators should ensure the module is installed in an additional control cabinet that can effectively prevent a direct interaction between the servo module and foreign solid and liquid substances,
The FUB-DR is designed to be operated at a permissible temperature that falls between 0 to about 40 degrees Celsius; operating this servo module above this temperature can cause a rapid build-up of heat around the device, leading to a significant reduction in the efficiency of the servo system.
