The E4809-770-109 ACP board manufactured by Okuma is an integral component of the manufacturer’s OPUS 7000 system. This board performs the role of a control board. The product is also referred to as a control panel. The device helps in monitoring and controlling machines electrically in industrial applications. The unit incorporates dials and switches for performing these functions. It also has various other electronic components such as transformers, circuit breakers, a power supply, relays, contactors, terminal blocks and a power supply to assist in the operation of the machine. This power supply assists in converting 480/120VAC voltage to 24VDC.
The board has a disconnect switch among other switches for the disconnection of its electrical supply. This disconnection is needed for maintenance or repair of the control panel or to stop it in case of an emergency. The transformers in the product help to step down the voltage from 120V to 24V.
