The BL-MP400J-25SNB is a servo motor that is used for precise speed and position control in the larger servo motor system produced by the company. The servo motor system also contains the BLII-D servo amplifier for supplementing the servo motor. Together with the servo amplifier system and associated components, the servo motor can provide complete control over the speed and position. The servo amplifier functions with high functional reliability when used with the servo motor. The system is also used for controlling the torque provided to the assembly line components. The servo amplifier system can be used in an extended temperature range where the system is exposed to external temperatures between 0 °C and 55 °C. The system can sustain a high level of relative humidity (up to 75%).
The BL-MP400J-25SNB is installed with other drive components in the larger servo motor system including the main board, the SVP board, and a servo amplifier. The BL motor is designed with a position encoder that is used to feed position data to the SVP board. The position command information is provided to the SVP board that is used for extended control over the speed, position, and torque. The BL-MP400J-25SNB is provided power via the current command signals that are amplified by the servo amplifier and provided to the system as power. This model is provided with a three-phase supply that feeds the main circuit and a single-phase supply that feeds the control circuit. The single phase and three phase supplies operate on 100 V and 200 V respectively.
