The BL-MH201E-12S is a state-of-the-art servo motor designed by the company. This model is an AC type servo motor that is installed inside the BLII-D servo amplifier manufactured by the company. The servo amplifier is assisted by the servo motor for precise positioning applications. A mainboard is installed inside the servo motor system that receives real time position data. The SVP board then receives the position command data as position command value for each of the drive axes. The SVP board is a specially designed system within the servo motor system that excels at the control of position, speed, and torque. The BL-MH201E-12S motor receives its power from the current command signals which are amplified by the servo amplifier.
The system is also provided with a position encoder that feeds the speed and position information to the SVP board as the feedback signal. The servo amplifier system can be used in a variety of ambient conditions. This model can sustain vibrations up to 0.5G. The servo amplifier is constructed using a power board, a radiator plate, a terminal block, an IGBT converter, and a circuit protector. A rectifier diode is also installed in this model. The servo amplifier can be installed in areas where the maximum relative humidity has a maximum value of 75%. This model can function along with a three-phase supply as well as a single-phase supply. The single-phase supply relates to the control circuit and the three-phase supply is used for the main circuit.
