The BL-MC100MJ-20SNA is an AC servo motor that is installed in the BLII-D servo amplifier manufactured by the company. The servo motor system is an integral part of the servo amplifier system. The servo motor system consists of a MAIN board 1 that processes the position command information. The signal is then given to the SVP board as the position command of individual axes. The servo amplifier can be operated at an ambient temperature between 0 °C and 55 °C. The control cabinet that houses the system is used within an ambient temperature of 0 °C and 45 °C. The system can be transported and stored within an ambient temperature range of -20 °C and 60 °C. This model can be used in areas where the external relative humidity is 75%.
The BL-MC100MJ-20SNA is operated on a three-phase connection at 200 Volts and on a single phase with 100 Volts. The main circuit is provided voltage between 180 V to 220 V. The control circuit operates between 90 V to 121 V. The rated capacity of the system is 0.32 times the rated motor output approximately. The servo amplifier is composed of a radiator plate and a power board. A power unit is also provided in this model. The SVCII board houses the control board. The outer casing encloses the system and the IGBT converter, rectifying diode, and a circuit protector.
