The BL AC servo motor provides maintenance-free operations due to its brushless design and high protection category. The AC brushless servo motor is protected against low-pressure water jets and solid dust particles. The ideal operating speed of the motor is 2000 rpm and it operates at the AC voltage of 144 V. This model has 4 pole pairs that generate 49 kg-cm of torque during continuous operations and 54 kg-cm at a standstill position. The rated power delivered by this BL servo motor is 1 kW while consuming the constant power of 5.1 A. The model represents the QR series and is one of the widely used servo motors in CNC machines. The motor offers continuous start-stop operations at high repeating frequencies and can be used in several automation systems. The current limit for this motor is 25 A.
