The BLIV-D100A model is a type-A maintenance unit specifically designed to be operated with servo motors. The model is compatible to be used with the 15 A, 30 A, 50 A, 75 A, and 100 A servo modules. The BLIV AC servo drive is a reworked version of the BLII-D100A conventional servo drive module. The unit takes input power through an AC 3 × 200 V power source and a 100 VAC power supply unit can also be attached to the drive unit through AC1 and AC2 terminals. An optional regenerative discharge unit can also be installed along with this drive to dissipate the additional heat to the surrounding air. The drive module operates at 100 A of rated current. The model comes with a control PC board and a power unit. The BLIV AC servo drive weighs around 6 kg, excluding the weight of mounting and accessories. The module can be mounted via 4 × M6 screws. The model is completely protected against overtemperature and overvoltage. It also provides a connection to the temperature monitoring sensor. A load meter can also be attached to the BLIV-D100A drive. An encoder unit is installed in the control board that assists in controlling the speed of the attached servo motor.
