The TBMS-6025-A comes with features such as laser marked armatures, RoHS compliant materials, banded rotors, latching Hall Effects that are pre-aligned, and low cogging designs. It comes with stator windings that are fully encapsulated, 155 –degree internal winding that enables it to perform in demanding applications, high-performance magnets, and PTC thermistor that protects the motor from overload. The windings of the motor can be modified to provide needed torque and speed performance according to current and voltage requirements. The TBMS-6025-A comes with an advanced electromagnetic design that delivers maximum torque density which minimizes the required space envelope. The rotation is extremely smooth thanks to minimal cogging and low total harmonic distortion.
