Product Description
The TBMS-6013-B is part of the TBM product family that comes with a Hall sensor. This motor, like other TBM motors, is intended to offer high performance, long life, and simple installation for numerous engineering applications such as weapon stations, sight systems, sensor gimbals, weapon stations, and robotic joints, among others. The motor offers high power in a compact and small form factor with minimal weight and inertia. The technology integrated into this motor improves performance cost-effectively regardless of how demanding a task is. It features 3 stacks length per frame, factory-installed latching Hall Effects, rotors that are banded, and materials that are RoHS compliant.
The TBMS-6013-B comes with a continuous stall torque of 0.925N-m, continuous current of 9.33Adc, peak stall torque of 3.53N-m at an ambient temperature of 25 degrees, and a peak current of 33.9Adc. The rated continuous power is 135 Watts and the speed at rated power is 1600RPM. Some of its mechanical parameters include a weight of 571 grams, inertia of 4.75E.05 kg-m2, maximum static friction of 0.056N-m, and cogging friction of 0.019N-m. It has a thermal resistance of 2.72C/Watt and comes with 12 poles.
The TBMS-6013-B comes in a motor frame size of 60, a 13 stack length Specifier, a winding option of B, and comes with Hall sensors. It allows modification of the speed and torque by changing the winding gauges and stack lengths. Installation features that can be changed include the lead colors, lead length, rotor hub geometry, mounting, and thermal sensor. The motor affords you industry-leading motor performance, quality construction for safe and reliable operation, and high configurable design. Since the motor is UL recognized minimal agency clearance is required.
