The SS2000PCi-2 oscillatory and analog speed follower is a new generation industrial device manufactured by Kollmorgen to facilitate the control of industrial motors used to generate the kinetic energy in the industrial servo system. This device is manufactured with some of the latest industrial technology; it is designed to operate in combination with the Syn-Slo 2000 stepper industrial motor drive series used in the industrial production systems; it, however, has a very flexible application and is compatible with any industrial drive that operates with the “Paulse and Direction” principle. Thie analog speed follower features a housing unit that is designed according to the IP20 protection class and is specially structured to allow for the easy integration of the follower into the servo system.

Under ideal operating conditions, this analog speed follower can operate with an efficiency of about 95 percent for more than five years without breaking down.
