The SR03000-Y015 servo drive is a reliable motion control device designed for various industrial automation applications. It is engineered to integrate seamlessly with CAN bus systems. It enables accurate control of synchronous, linear, asynchronous motors, spindles and DC motors.
The SP Servostar servo drive series model features a digital current controller with a 62.5 µs response time and supports adjustable digital speed control. It includes a position controller adaptable to multiple applications with 250 µs cycle times. The onboard multi feedback system supports high resolution encoders and resolver signals. For connectivity, the drive integrates RS232 and pulse direction interfaces and includes step/direction ports to link servomotors with stepper controllers. Two onboard analog inputs and an expansion card slot enhance flexibility for various configurations. Safety and reliability are ensured with overvoltage detection, short circuit protection and phase failure monitoring. The drive also includes a restart lock STO (Safe Torque Off) function and dynamic temperature monitoring for both the amplifier and motor. A B6 bridge rectifier, soft start circuit, and floating current measurement IGBT output stage ensure smooth operation and power regulation of the drive. Shielding connections are directly integrated into the drive to reduce electrical noise interference.
The Kollmorgen SR03000-Y015 servo drive offers a brake circuit that dynamically distributes regenerated power across amplifiers on the DC bus link circuit. Internal brake resistors are standard while external resistors can be added if necessary. The device is compatible with single phase operation ideal for setup scenarios.
