Product Description

The Kollmorgen SL3202-01000 is a digital AC drive. It belongs to the SL3000 family of drives that includes 1 to 5 Horsepower drives with 230 Volts AC input and 1 to 15 Horsepower drives with 460 Volts AC input. The SL3000 series of drives are microprocessor based and offer multiple benefits including complete digital control, data logging, custom application settings and diagnostic fault monitoring. The potentiometer adjustments and jumpers used in previous drive systems are replaced by programmable parameters, enabling easy set-up and exact duplication of application settings. SL3000 drives come with an integrated keypad and a LCD display which can be used for drive configuration and monitoring. The keypad can be used to operate the drive with RUN FWD, RUN REV, JOG and STOP keys. External operator controls can also be connected to the terminal strip for complete external control from a remote operator station.

An integrated RS-485 interface on the SL3202-01000 can be used to set parameters, control operation and monitor the drive. All drive parameters can be secured through the use of security codes. The housing dimensions of the SL3202-01000 are 12.35 x 9.5 x 7.06 inches. The SL3202-  01000 is designed for 230 Volts AC input and delivers 2 Horsepower output. Electrical specifications of the drive include 11.2 Amps rated AC input, 6.8 Amps rated output, 10.2 Amps rated peak output, 2.7 kVA rated output power, 75 Watts heat dissipation and 0.95 input power factor. The housing of the SL3202-01000 is enclosed and is designed for 0 to 40 degrees Celsius ambient temperature during operation. Input line protection is provided through the use of fuses, capacitors and metal oxide varistors (MOVs).
