The S7720C-NANA-S3 Kollmorgen digital servo amplifier has a S1-2, SIL 3 safety card in the third expansion slot. This servo amplifier has no other expansion cards. The product renders high speed, current, and position control that helps in achieving a high machine cycle rate. This device must not be mounted directly near equipment that generates magnetic fields. The unit has to be installed in a site free from conductive or corrosive materials. It has a rated input power of 50 kVA for continuous operation. This amplifier must be handled by ensuring that its insulation distances do not get altered.

The product must have unimpeded ventilation with the required space above and below it. This device must be assembled along with the choke on a conductive grounded mounting plate in the cabinet. The unit should be properly earthed before it is operated. Its screws for mounting onto the backplane of the control cabinet are fixed in place using a 4 mm Allen key. This amplifier must not have a flatness of more than 25 µm for the mounting plate.

The product can be combined with several other amplifiers using a common DC bus link circuit. This device must be installed and wired only when it is not in the live state.
