Product Description

The Kollmorgen S7720C-DNF2-PA digital servo amplifier comes with a DeviceNet expansion card. The servo amplifier has an IP 20 protection class according to EN 60529 specifications. This product is not UL Listed but is RoHS Compliant. The device is not recommended for horizontal or diagonal mounting. The unit is meant to be operated at a temperature ranging from 0 °C to 40 °C. Its memory card is located at its top. This amplifier has a three-character LED display.

The product must be handled by qualified personnel who know and observe ISO 12100 / IEC 60364 / IEC 60664 specifications as well as national accident prevention regulations. This device must be used only with a motor that matches in terms of rated voltage and current. The unit has more than 3.5 mA leakage current to the protective earth. It should be taken care to prevent the amplifier from coming in contact with highly insulating materials.

This amplifier associated hardware must not be modified by the user. The product has a nameplate on the side of the housing. This device is not evaluated by the manufacturer for replacing the AC input with a DC input. The unit must not have a transient overvoltage of over 2000 V between the outer conductor and its housing. It must be ensured that the amplifier experiences no shock when it is being transported. This servo amplifier should be touched only after appropriate steps have been taken to discharge oneself. The product needs only a small switchgear cabinet for its installation.
