The S7720C-2CF2-F2 Kollmorgen digital servo amplifier is equipped with three phases. This servo amplifier has a rated supply voltage of 3 x 208 to 480 VAC with a tolerance of +/-10%. The product has a dual channel STO function. This device is meant to be wired using 60 °C /75 °C copper wires. The unit can be implemented in residential areas or commercial premises only after additional filter measures have been incorporated. It may be needed to account for ventilation so that the ambient temperature inside the enclosure is not exceeded. This amplifier can be supplied from single-phase or triple-phase grounded industrial supply networks.

The product should be used with a mains choke if the mains voltage asymmetry is more than 3%. This device has not been evaluated by the manufacturer for DC input power for single and group installations. The unit controls the holding brake of a motor. It helps to drive a motor with closed-loop control of torque, position, and/or speed. This amplifier should not be used in potentially explosive environments.

The product must not be commissioned if the machine in which it has been installed fails to comply with the EC machinery directive requirements. This device must not be subject to impermissible stresses. The unit is mounted vertically inside its control cabinet. Its components should not become bent when it is being transported and/or handled. This servo amplifier is fitted with a coldplate using six M5 hexagon socket screws as per ISO 4762 specifications. This product must have sufficient clearance above and below it inside the switchgear cabinet.
