The digital servo amplifiers manufactured by Kollmorgen are under the S700 series.
The S700 series are characterized as being robust, reliable and high performance. The S70601-SENA-NA-0X9 is part of the S700 family of digital servo amplifiers. This servo amplifier has a current rating of 6 Arms and a voltage rating of 208-480V. It has a standard single-channel STO mechanical option. This servo amplifier has a SERCOS expansion card in slot 1 and has no expansion cards in slots 2 and 3. The S70601-SENA-NA-0X9 has EtherCAT and CANopen onboard and no option for the firmware. The power section on this amplifier is directly on grounded 3-phase supply and has a B6 bridge rectifier with an integral soft-start circuit and supply filter. This digital servo amplifier has several inputs and outputs which includes 2 programmable analog inputs, 4 programmable digital inputs and 2 programmable digital outputs.
The S70601-SENA-NA-0X9 connections are all shielded and have an enclosure protection of IP20. This amplifier must not be exposed to dust or water and must be installed in a location with sufficient ventilation. For smooth operation, Kollmorgen recommends that the S70601-SENA-NA-0X9 must be installed in a vertical position. This digital servo amplifier has several safety features which include phase-failure protection, soft start, safe torque off and short-circuit protection. This amplifier has an auxiliary supply voltage of 24V DC that is both electrically isolated with internal fusing. The S70601-SENA-NA-0X9 recommended operating temperature is between 0˚C to 40˚C.
